Homemade Meat Feast Pizza

A delicious homemade meat feast pizza topped with ham, pepperoni, chicken, beef meatballs, mozzarella and fresh basil on a classic tomato base. Baked on a Neapolitan-style pizza dough for a crisp, airy crust.


PREP TIME: 10 minutes BAKE TIME: 5 minutes DOUGH FERMENT: 24hrs

Ingredients / toppings

  • 100g beef mince 5% fat (seasoned with onion granules, paprika, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper)

  • 30g pepperoni

  • 40g ham

  • 70g cooked chicken

  • 70g fior di latte mozzarella

  • 2tbsp pizza sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat your carbon baking steel on the top oven shelf at maximum temperature for at least 20 minutes.

  2. Season the beef mince and form into marble sized meatballs. Pan fry on medium heat until browned all over, then allow to cool.

  1. Stretch your dough and add your pizza sauce, mozzarella, ham, pepperoni, chicken and finally the meatballs.

  2. Dust your peel with semolina and launch directly onto your steel. Bake for around 5 minutes, turning halfway through.


  1. Finish with fresh basil.
