A fiery, flavour-packed Neapolitan-style pizza topped with spicy, smoky ’nduja, sweet caramelised red onion and creamy mozzarella. Baked on carbon steel for an incredible oven spring, blistered crust and beautifully crisp, golden base. A seriously tasty homemade pizza with the perfect balance of spicy, sweet and savoury flavours.

  • fresh or jarred 'nduja paste

  • handful fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Stretch your dough to roughly 30cm - being careful not to damage the edge (cornicione).

  2. Add your pizza sauce, cheese, the cooked red onions and then a few generous dollops of 'nduja.

  3. Dust your peel with semolina and launch directly onto your baking steel. Bake for around 5 minutes (starting with the grill on) and turning halfway through.
